Groups of children are welcome to visit the library, both during the school year and the summer.
Call your nearest Richland Library location to schedule a time for your group to visit. We will schedule a special time for your group to come to the library so we can focus on your students and make sure your visit is fun and successful. Availability for group visits varies, depending on the location, but generally groups may visit once a week, for up to one hour each time, to explore the library and check out books.
Special storytimes and programs for your group are also available to be arranged up to two times over a summer or over a school year, as scheduling allows.
Each summer, we also offer special programs that are open to groups. These are large events with plenty of space for both families and groups. No need to register! You can find these Good for Groups events on our online calendar and listed below.
